What is EFT?

EFT is a new discovery, based on the ancient principles of acupuncture, that has provided thousands with relief from pain, disease and emotional issues. Without the use of needles, it is a simple procedure that stimulates well-established meridian points on your body by tapping them with your fingertips.

Why would I need EFT?

EFT incorporates an emotional element to the healing process, addressing unresolved emotional issues as a likely cause of physical disease, psychological dysfunction, and personal performance limits.

It works on the statement that "the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system". Negative emotional experiences disrupt the energy meridians that run through our body.
