What is Counselling?

Counselling is a trained principal, with counsellors helping clients to actuate and live the life they want to live, without prejudice.

Clients may be offered cognitive, psychotherapy, the individual counsellor will be able to guide the client, to which sort of counselling they need.

Integrative therapy encompasses several different models of counselling, and uses them to suit the clients individual needs and complexities, which as you can appreciate are vast and varied. Human beings are very complex and as such operate on many levels, emotional, cognitive, behavioural, and thus different therapies are needed to inter act with each level. It aims to improve your quality of life and make you whole again, by integrating feelings, perceptions and unresolved issues.

Why would I need counselling?

Everyone needs at some point in their lives, a chance to talk to someone on a one to one basis in complete confidence. Counselling can be an effective method of overcoming problems such as depression, stress related illnesses, anger management, relationship break downs and many other core conditions.
